Refund policy
We take pride in the quality and presentation of every fragrance. If an issue arises, we are here to assist you with care.
We accept returns and issue refunds only for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. To request a return, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for perfumes that have been opened or used.
- Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reporting Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
