Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard U.S. Shipping: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
- FREE U.S. Shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $200 or more.
- For orders under $200, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx, depending on service availability and delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist promptly.
